Outlook 2003/2007: Set the Default Location for New PST Files
Set the default location that Outlook uses to create new PST files with the following Registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\<VersionNumber>\Outlook
Create a STRING value named ForcePSTPath and provide the path to the PST folder. For example, "ForcePSTPath"="c:\Data\Mail"
