Exchange Server 2010: Fix the "New-MailboxExportRequest" Command in Exchange 2010 SP-1

If you are running Exchange Server 2010 with SP-1 installed, the New-MailboxExportRequest command may fail with a "not recognized" error.  The New-MailboxExportRequest takes the syntax:
New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox <UserName> -FilePath "<LocationOfPST>"

For example:
New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox JSmith -FilePath "\\MyServer\PSTFiles\JSmith.pst"

To fix this error, you will need to assign an additional role to the user running the command.  Run the following in Exchange Management Shell:
New-ManagementRoleAssignment –Role “Mailbox Import Export” –User "<DOMAIN\USER>"

For example, if Steve Admin, whose username is SAdmin, is running the command, or if you just want to delegate the right for Steve Admin to run the command, then enter the following:
New-ManagementRoleAssignment –Role “Mailbox Import Export” –User "MyDomainName\SAdmin"

Once you have completed the command, exit out of Exchange Management Shell, restart it and then rerun the New-MailboxExportRequest command.  It should now succeed.
