Outlook: Stop displaying fax entries when resolving names from address book
Tired of seeing this when you try to resolve a name for an email message?
Here's a simple work-around:
In the contact for Joe Test, precede his fax number with the text Fax: (including the colon and followed by a space). This will prevent it from appearing in the Check Names dialog, yet still enable it to work with the majority of fax-aware applications. Here's how it will look in your Contact:
