SBS Remote Web Workplace - Non-Administrators Cannot Logon
 
If non-administrators have problems logging onto Remote Web Workplace, check the following:

1. User account properties - In the particular user's properties in Active Directory Users & Computers, make sure the user has the "Logon to Terminal Server" check box enabled in the Terminal Services Profile tab.
    
2. User account properties - In the particular user's properties in Active Directory Users & Computers, make sure the user is a member of the Remote Web Workplace Users security group.
    
3. In Domain Controller Security Policy under Local Policies/User Rights Assignment, make sure that the Remote Web Workplace Users security group has the Allow Logon Through Terminal Services" right.
    
4. In IIS Manager, check the ASP.NET version configured for the Remote virtual directory (under Default Web Site) and verify that it is using v1.1, not v2.
